Minutes of the Faculty Assembly on 1971-02-16 (Winter Meeting). Also attached are the reports of the Affairs of the University Community, Cultural and Special Events, Curriculum and Educational Affairs, Facilities and Traffic, Faculty Personnel Representative, Financial Aids and Placement Standing, Library, Materials and Methods, and Research Committees. The Faculty Assembly is an Assembly of all Full Time Faculty. The Assembly President is de facto a member of the Faculty Senate.
