In 2009, Troy University Libraries entered into a sister library agreementw ith what is now Central Ukrainian University. Since then, their Ukrainian library partnerships have expanded to a police academy at Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs and the Donetsk National Medical University. They'll detail how these relationships have evolved, current challenges Ukrainian libraries face, and small steps U.S. libraries can take to help.
