Fundraising is an integral part of the library landscape, but where do you begin? Panelists discuss strategies for building and cultivating a donor base, partnering with a central advancement/development office, starting a development program, writing a winning proposal for funding, setting fundraising goals, and making the ask. They'll also cover the rewards and challenges of working within a larger academic institution, as well as unique fundraising opportunities and partnerships for an academic library.
