Abstract
This interview was filmed for "The UAH Story," a program produced for the 25th anniversary of UAH becoming an autonomous university in 1969. Frances Roberts (1916-2000) was a historian and the first full-time faculty member hired to teach at UAH in 1950. She was the first chair of the UAH History Department and taught until her retirement in 1980. Roberts Hall is named in her honor.
